Northern Dimension Cultural Partnerships /The Creative Compass project

Finland's Ministry of Education and Culture and the Russian and Eastern European Institute launched the Creative Compass Project at the beginning of 2009. The project seeks to gather information on potential Finnish and Russian partners interested in co-operation activities and to develop suggestions for bilateral projects that will be financially viable and appeal to private investors. Its goal is to work on activities that could expand from bilateral co-operation into a Northern Dimension cultural partnership.
