Northern Dimension Cultural Partnerships /An analysis of Northern Dimension cultural partnership implementation in Finland

At the Ministry of Education and Culture's request, an analysis of potential Northern Dimension cultural partnership project participants is being carried out in the Finnish creative industries. Information on the goals and criteria of cultural partnerships is also being given to players and organisations in artistic and cultural fields, thereby helping to promote the interest and initiative required to further partnership projects. The analysis is being conducted by Marianne Möller in co-operation with the Institute for Russia and Eastern Europe.
