The Russian and Eastern European Institute enhances mutual understanding between European countries by promoting cultural co-operation between EU countries and Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. The Institute offers products and services relating to Eastern Europe, information, integration and innovation.
We are developing networks of cultural organisations in the European Union and in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
We are participating in preparations for a Northern Dimension cultural partnership
We are promoting the creative economy through the Finnish-Russian Creative Compass project.
